You can raise a dispute from your job detail page within 7 days of the job being marked complete. Our support team will review the case and mediate a resolution.
Artisans submit identity documents during onboarding. Our team reviews and approves each profile before it goes live. Verified artisans show a ✓ badge on their profile.
Yes. All payments are processed by Netcash, a South African payment gateway. iSpan never stores card information.
